AnyMeeting has just launched its new Support Center. Always improving our service, the new support center offers all of the same help you need to run a successful online meeting, including the search box for finding quick answers and our Knowledge Base for more focused support. However, there are a couple of new features that will make it easier for you to find what you are looking for.
The layout of the new support center makes it easy to navigate, with clearly marked tabs and folders organized by topic for quick reference. Also, when using the search engine or filling out a support ticket, the support center will automatically find key words in your request and bring up possible matching support articles as you type.
