Nice presentation – only I couldn’t turn on the sound.
Your video is interesting, but without the audio, it is difficult to catch the nuances of the presentation.
Some users who have had this issue were able to get the audio working correctly by refreshing/reloading the page.

I was unable to attend the live webinar but am watching it now as I type and I must say this is one of the most informative webinars I have watched.
Thank you so much for taking the time and putting all of this information together. Very educational and a must see for all companies that have not yet included webinars as a marketing tool.

Thanks Norma – Ken did a great job
I couldn’t turn on the sound. I tried refreshing/reloading the page several times but the problem persist. Exist another way to view/get this webinar? (not like video streaming/on demand). May be a download link for example?
