Update: Please note that AnyMeeting was known as Freebinar prior to 3/26/11. Blog posts prior to this date may still mention Freebinar. For more information, please review our blog post or FAQ’s.

Webinar Service VoIP FeatureRecently, we asked the Freebinar community what new features they would most like to see. The ability to broadcast audio through a computer microphone, also known as Voice over IP (VoIP), was the most commonly requested feature.

We’re pleased to announce the availability of the new Freebinar Voice over IP (VoIP) feature. Now meeting presenters have the option of broadcasting audio through their computer, also known as VoIP, or by phone through our free conference call service.

Webinar Service Audio BroadcastingAll that presenters need in order to use the VoIP feature is a computer microphone. We recommend using a headset for the best audio quality. (Shop for a headset on Amazon.com.) Attendees are able to easily listen to the webinar through their computer speakers.

Please visit the Freebinar Customer Support website for more detailed information on selecting your audio option when:

Our development team is working diligently on adding new features. Let us know what would be most useful for you. Join the conversation on our Facebook Page or complete our online survey.
